Adding adjustable pedals

I have a -05 300C Touring with power memory seats but without adjustable pedals.

What parts would I need to change to get the adjustable pedals too?

I think at least these:
- Switch on the seat (+ the plastic where the button attachs)
- Memory module w/memory for adjustable pedals
- New pedals and maybe the carpet between your legs and steering column
- Maybe some wiring harnesses?

Any help would be appreciated.
