300C jumps

I have 2005 300C loaded exept for DVD. When idling the car jumps sometimes. I brought the car back to the dealer for service and they told me they ran it through the computer but everything came back normal. It sort of feels like the car needs new plugs or something. I thought it was the regular gas so I started putting super but nothing changed. Anyone having this problem?

Other than that problem, I love this car.

I have the exact same problem. I took it in today, and the dealer told me that it was probably a software issue. We shall see. I'll keep you posted, because I am concerned about this as well... BTW I use 89 octane, and always have.

I have the exact same car and symptoms. It occasionally feels like it mis-fires on one spark plug while idling. I may mention it to the dealer next time I take it in for an oilchange.

I you're actually referring to more of a 'lunging' sensation when in gear while waiting at a stoplight/stop sign, then that's the inherent problem my car has had since 'day one' of ownership. Although having been previously 'TSB Flashed' on several occasions, on Monday, DCX will again be trying to 'duplicate the problem', as well as also trying to determine its cause and method(s) for proper rectification.

Mine did that too. But it's been awhile since then...about 4 months.

Oddly, I made the dealer give me this flash as some people have said it really helps. Now at 30,000 miles my car is worse than ever. Before it was acceptable, now far less so. "Be careful what you wish for".
