Thumbs up I went to my local dealer today, very impressed

They had 1 silver srt8 waiting to be picked up sticker was $47,7xx they had a dodge magnum srt8 another silver. A hooked up black magnum with 22's horizontal billet grill and all the options .........strangely though the interior smelled like smoke/fire?

They had a silver steel 300c listed at $40,xxx and a cool vanilla with wood dash kit pinstriping and chrome wheels for 42,000 both had navigation and rear dvd entertainment. There were others but it was pouring outside.

They also had 2 limited edition #'d dodge chargers in copperhead color with flat black wing, striping and grill , looked very nice gave it that 70's look. I was surpised to see a price of $34,000 it looked like a much more expensive car especially being a limited numbered edition.

The salesman offered first $1000 rebate on any 300c then went up to $1500 when he came back to give me a brochure, was not pushy, didnt try to get me to sign anything, gave me a tour of the car from the engine bay to the interior to the trunk after I told him I was just looking.....very informative.

He introduced me to the owner after I told him where I worked. It happened that a friend I hadnt seen in a couple weeks who works in another department at my company had bought a magnum from them. The owner offered even better deals on what he called base colors? I didnt really get into that though as I was on my way out but he said when I was ready to see him. Its the first time that a salesman didnt try to get me to buy a car right on the spot........great experience all in all.

I cant wait for April!

Sounds like a nice experience, and a pretty nice dealership. So many won't give you the time of day, unless they know that you are ready and able to purchase that day. Then they want to shoehorn you into what THEY think that you need to buy.

The local dealer here (Lake Norman) was happy to help me even though I told him that I had no intention to buy, I just wanted to see a silver steel 300.

Great experience...I was blasted out of 2 dealers here in Seattle before driving 200 miles to buy one where I was treated well. Worth the drive too.

In fact, at the dealer in Everett, the first time I ever went in there. Wanted to see the Brilliant Black in person. Salesman says...."oh, YOU again huh?"
I'm a little surprised by this as I'd never been to this dealer before - so then he begins to tell me I have an evil twin running around kicking tires...and wouldn't give me the time of day....wouldn't even talk to me...nada, zip. Have never gone back and would never recommend them (and I'm vocal about it).
