Car kinda jumpy

Ok I own a 2005 300 Touring & been feeling the car jump.I know its hard to explain but like for some reason it feels like the car skips/jumps.I don't know if its a tranny problem or what but it doesnt ride the same.Has anybody else have these issues.I saw there where some tranny problems going around but im kinda dumb when it comes to detecting problems on a car.

Is it when you first start the car and put into gear or anytime. When I had my Touring the issue I was having is that if I started the car with the AC on, If I immediately backed out of my parking spot or whatever the car would choke and drag for about a second. Once the compressor kicks in and is running all is fine. the rental I got last week did the same thing.
Not a problem with the 'C'
Good Luck

Intermittent 'Lunging' Problem

Well, if what you're actually referring to could be considered a 'lunging' problem; i.e., a sensation as if your car wants to actually fly through an intersection while you're waiting at a stoplight/stop sign, with your foot firmly depressing the brake pedal...then a few of us are also experiencing this same particular problem. Since DCX has yet to determine its cause nor have they been able to rectify the problem, I'm still unsure if it's actually transmission-related or not.

This past Monday, I dropped-off my car (also a 2005 Chrysler '300 Touring') to my 'Five Star' Chrysler dealer so that they can once again try and determine the cause/rectify my car's inherent, but ongoing, 'lunging' problem. Although some of the DCX engineers in collaboration with DCX's west-coast tech rep have suggested several 'TSB' ('flash' fixes) to 'fix' the problem, those 'fixes' so far have all been to no avail. Since I'm yet to hear any updates from them as of yet, as today mark's the 'fifth day' that they've had my car this time around, I'm still preparing myself for their usual..."We're sorry, but we were unable to duplicate the problem"...canned response.
