These "chips" are nothing more than a resistor that you put in your Intake Air
Temperature sensor line to fool your computer into thinking the incoming air is
colder than it really is, and thus adding more fuel for what the computer is thinking
is colder, more dense air.

No matter what kind of fancy little black box, or snazzy stickered case they put
them in, they are just plain old resistors that you can buy at Radio Shack for less
than 50 cents.
