I Want To Rent A 300c...

I live in Los Angeles and I am going to the SEMA show in LV. I won't have my C by then , but i would really like to rent one for the trip. i know some car rental places are renting the 300 touring, but i REALLY want to experience the C on this road trip. Does anyone know if that is possible?

Try Budget Beverly Hills. They rent exotics and everything else too.

Who needs a C when you could rent a Lambo?

I recently returned home from my vacation where I spent a bit of time in Vegas. I can assure you that you will be able to get into a 300 rental from Thrifty in Vegas but I think they are all Limiteds (black exterior mirrors?).

Good luck trying to find a 300C rental, I reckon it will be a challenge.

Lightbulb Great Rental Cars

Not!
Finding a 300C at a rental car company is going to be nearly impossible.
Still, Hertz did once rent out 188 of the fabulous 1967 Cougar XR7 "Gs" (that's Dan Gurney specials) powered by Marauder 390-4V GT engines. All collectors items today of course:

Write Avis today, maybe they will still try harder.

Not so impossible - there had quite a few in Palm Springs 2 weeks ago - I rented a Magnum (no hemi), but there were quite a few that rented the C's there.

$150/day for a 300C which works out to almost $200 Canadian. Wow quite a bit of money.

I've got a reservation for a 300 in CA for $229 a week from Dollar rent a car. That's the thing that really pisses me off. The C goes for, what, about $5-$6K over what a nicely equiped V6 goes for, yet they charge $150 a day for it when the V6 is $32 a day??!!! Over 4.5 times as much???!!! (Not that Dollar even rents the C's,)

Same thing when I wanted to rent a mustang GT convertible. V6's could be had anywhere for $35 a day. For a GT I had to go to an "exotic" car rental place and pay $100 a day plus any miles over 100 per day. 60 extra HP made it an "exotic" I guess.
