new "bently" chrysler

Has anyone heard that chrysler is coming out with a new coupe that looks like the bently coupe? I have heard this from several people. I would think if they were they would have had one at sema or detroit show.

THe one at SEMA was totally custom.

THey won't do it. Either they'll do the Chrysler Firepower! or the Challenger or (fingers crossed), both.

OK, remove all names/emblems (the Imperial) and smoke the light lens and it would look better.

The Imperial concept is no coupe; might look like one if you really don't look too close, since the rear doors are suicide doors.

Well...the word "coupe" threw me off. That Imperial looks more like a Rolls Phantom than a "Bentley Coupe".

I'm certainly not a hiphop kinda guy, but I hope Chrysler builds the Imperial. I think it would sell very well. A decent approximation to a Rolls at (presumably) a small fraction of the price. This (super-luxury) seems to be a niche where an American company like Chrysler can stake out a strong position, and I like seeing that.

Personally I wouldn't expect to be in the market for at least a few years, because we have 2 cars already with plenty of useful life in them.
