I won't have my disc until next week, the information I have at this time says that there are no firmware updates (surprising if that is the case), just a major update to the map database. I'll know more when I get the disc and get a chance to go through the menus.

I still have to look and see what version I presently have, but it is sorely outdated in some areas. When I went to see my Daughter in Indio, Cal. Where they lived wasn't in the data base, and it's been there for at least a couple of years.
I see a lot of locations around here (Washington state) also that needs a serious update.
My car was built 04/28/05, so I believe that I have the "AC" version in it already.

It looks like the firmware is identical to the "AC" release:

Database Version: 05.0404.00.200521.0005 (new)
Firmware Version: 02.30.00 (same)

You would think after a year and a half since the last release that they would have at least a few changes.
