If you want to go nuts, get the railcar number and track it on UP's website (there's a thread here about it) heheh.

Sounds like it'll be there real soon!

I have the railcar number . The railcar number is TTGX150469. Who is "UP" and how is tracking it by railcar number any different (better?) than the daily updates I'm getting now?

Thanks

It's not better Chromer it's just a great complement to the daily emails

Track your cars Shipping status for free!

Check that thread Basically you can check against union pacific's tracking info (which is updated every time the train goes through someplace they pick up tracking info -- anywhere from twice a day to once every 30 minutes )

It can come in handy sometimes, and it's pretty fun to watch

Once it's placed at the facility call your dealer and see if they'll pick it up. Ours was expected to be delivered on the 6th and we got it on Thursday

Actually, once it's at the destination call them and let them know, it's probably already there so you should be able to get your car tomorrow if all is well

Man... this is exciting to watch, huh? Just got back from the wedding in Kansas City, and can hardly wait until tomorrow to check with the dealer on status of my order... you're gonna have your's long before mine gets built. I want to see "real" pix ASAP... getting tired of those DCX brochure pix!
