Please Call John Udell, the Internet Manager at Thompsons Chrysler on his at cell 916.532.7776. They are a no markup dealer, which is a good deal on an SRT-8, but another $1,000.00 off is a great deal. Prices effective till Feb 28th. John is the only salesperson authorized to extend this price.

Tell him that Hal Volkert referred you from 300CForums for this deal.

Get them while there hot.

Post back if you purchase one of these SRT-8's so I can remove it from the list

Hal, you'd better get to the hospital.

Your contractions are coming at closer intervals . . .

(or are you just talking to yourself?)

Probably just talking to myself. Seems like no one ever responds to my posts. And I have ginko biloba, but I can never remember to take it.

You must have seen my belly. I'm usually asked how over due I am.

Be Nice. These are friends of mine who I've have done consulting and parts inventories for them for almost 10 years. Knew Ron Thompson when he worked for Mike Daughtery Chevrolet and Frank Hurling before that in Sacramento, almost 20 years ago. At that time I worked for Motors Holding Division of General Motors as an Inventory Supervisor.

I was just being a little sarcastic, no offense intended. I always get a chuckle when I see "deadlines" posted on car deals as for the most part "todays deal is always good tomorrow", just like with so many other consumer goods there is a "sale" every week it seems.

However, there is no doubt that $1,000 below MSRP is currently a sweet deal on an SRT-8 here in the U.S. It sounds like the folks at Thompsons Chrysler would be great to deal with. I think discounts similar to this will become more common in the months ahead due to the ongoing increased production of the 300C SRT8 models. In some areas demand has subsided a bit, in others it is still going strong.

Chrysler has done quite an amazing job of pacing inventories to keep the demand high since day one, almost a year now. With so many slow selling cars out there dealers deserve to have a few hot products of course, it's just to bad a few spoil it by being too greedy trying to get massive markups over MSRP.

I know you where being sarcastic, no offense taken. Being in and around dealerships for 19 years, I'm sure your probably not to far off, even at Thompsons.
