Anywhere know when the actual builds of the 07's will begin? (Even ones without the new features, ie - 06's marked as 07's)

Plant shutdown is first two weeks of July, 07s start right after that.

Finalized order sheets will be released within a few weeks but unless they made some last-minutes changes only one of the features you mentioned will make it to the SRT8.

FWIW: I was checking carsdirect, and as of May 5, satellite radio, smoker's group, and adjustable pedals are all standard on the 300c. :\
