300C AWD 1/4 Mile times?

I'm in the market for a new car and due to the winter in my area AWD is a must. I love how the 300C looks and performs but I'm aware that its already heavy and I can't imagine AWD doing much for its performance.

I haven't come across any magazine reviews of the AWD 300C and haven't seen any quarter mile times posted. Anyone here ran their AWD 300C?

Also, is it possible to see mid to low 13s without forced induction (chip, headers, exhaust, intake, maybe tb, and torque converter)?

I have not run my car down the 1/4 but will say that as far as performance AWD is not a bad thing. Just look at some of the top exotic performance cars....Porsche, Lambos ect. have some sort of AWD system.

Granted it adds a little weight to the car but traction is no problem in any situation. Some say (including myself ) the AWD 300c is slightly slower then its RWD brother but I read in Car and Driver mag testing a RWD HEMI Dodge Magnum that had a side note about the AWD version saying that the AWD was bit faster to 0-60 and the 1/4 mile so go figure.

But what it comes down to since we are talking as little as a tenth of a second between the two is the driver.

Hi, I have a 300c Awd and I race it at the local drag-strip, and it does well as far as I am concerned. I have a CAI and cat back exhaust + super-chips+ throttle- body spacer. Soon to have custom Kook's long tube headers! I myself have M.S., nervous system disorder, so my R/t ain't great but with my R/T time as much as 1 sec. I do the 1/4 mile at best 14.3. that should bring it to the mid 13's. But in the deep snow I can beet them all!

The Jeep SRT8 is what I really want but I'm a student that has inconsistent income. I wouldn't feel comfortable taking out a car loan. I have about 30 saved.

I'm considering:
300C AWD (used) - This is my favorite looking, I just want to know if I can turn it into a mid to low 13 second ride without force induction.
Legacy GT (dont care for looks or turbo spool but it has a ton of upgrade potential)
2004 S4 (reliability is questionable)
or a Trailblazer SS (UGLY interior)

I don't think R/T factors into your 1/4 ET. The time starts as soon as your car leaves the gates. Now if your 60' time was off that would be different. 14.3 isn't bad but its what I would've hoped the 300C AWD would run stock. Do you remember the weather conditions when you ran it?

Yes, not good, 80 degrees and humid. When I raced with the car stocked, the best time was 14.7
