It could be a momentary code, a bad connection to the PCM (computer) or failed PCM.
Try pulling the AutoShutOff/PCM fuse in the underhood power control center, leave it out for 2 minutes or so, then plug it back in and try starting the car.
If the Check Engine Light turns off, then you've successfully reset the PCM. If it returns, further diagnostics by your dealer are indicated.
