There are several ways of doing a burnout, none of which are good for your car. Since you just got it, I would wait for the traditional 500 mile break-in period before attempting these.

All of these are performed at stop and with the esp off.
1. Autostick the car into first and floor it. (should work just fine for you with the least damage to your drivetrain)
2. Either autostick or drive; Step on your brakes semi-hard and give it WOT. This will keep your car in place as you smoke the rears. To continue through, release the brakes.
3. Put it in Neutral, rev it up to the cutoff (4k-5k) throw it into drive and give it WOT.
4. Put some tranny fluid on your rear tires and give it WOT.

Note, to really turn the ESP off you must hold the button for around 15 seconds until it beeps.

Are you kidding or what??

Number one will not work. You might burn a little rubber, but not a burnout.

Number two will work with ESP off...sometimes

Number three is f-ing stupid. Do not do this and I don't even think the tranny will allow for this supidity.

Number four...tranny fluid? just use a little water and a smooth road.

Most of the cars doing burn outs on video have what is called a GSM Torque Mod installed. It basically bypasses the anti skid control and lets you have the control of the skid. Do a search on GSM torque mod.

You can also pull fuse 17 (I think...again, do a search) and that will shut off the anti skid control but you will not have anti locking brakes. Be carefull.
