Good news - insurance is reasonable

Just got my insurance bill from State Farm reflecting the new premium for my 300C. Former 6 month premium (1998 Toyota Avalon, value about $8000)
$408. New 6 month premium, 2005 Chrysler 300C, value $34,000, $487.
That's what I calll a bargain. Looks like they haven't figured out the "Hemi" thing yet.

Gas mileage: 300 miles total, 200 on highway, 100 in town, 17.1 mpg. Not bad for the size engine.

Finally took it for a fast drive on a curvy country road. Only word to describe: "Awesome". No body roll, hangs on like a cat. Cops are going to want this one. Maybe they will turn it down because back seat prisoners will bang there head every time when being shoved in.

I just sold my 2003 Harley F150 and my insurance was $1400 for 6 months and now the 300C is under $1100 for better coverage. Im 21 so I still have a couple of years before those insurance rates go down!

I remember those days when my insurance rates were like that. Ouch!

Substituted our 300C on our policy for a '96 Astro van. Insurance went from ~$280 to $397 for the same coverage (6 months). Actually not as bad as I thought it would be.

23 as well, and i pay 1000 every 6 months from state farm on a 99 300m. Perfect driving record as well. Be another year or so before i decide on the 300c, magnum, charger, SRT-8, so i got plenty of time to choose for insurance as well
