GS MOTORSPORTS REGEAR LIST. 343's & 370's

Hey guys, so we have the price for the gears. For both the 5.7 and the 6.1. We're finally close and I want to start a list of anyone / everyone interested. We will be offering 343's and 370's. For now, we're selling the gear sets only. We will eventially have the complete Quaife Diff with these gears, but as for now, gears only.

Gear set, $795

E-mail me all your personal info, (ie phone, e-mail and addy), the info on your car, as well as which gear set you're interested in.

E-mail me with any questions / interests.

Lightbulb Yo

I'm not very familiar with gears, but what benefit will this give my 6.1? Pretty excited to know by the way. Thanks!

Well ratios in the gears I believe mean that the driveline turns that many times while the wheels turn once.

Your driveline aka driveshaft will turn 3.43 times or 3.70 times while your rear wheels turn once if you use those gears, or 3.06 times while your wheels turn once as for a stock SRT8.

Well what that means is that as you raise the ratio, the faster your acceleration but that will lower your TOP speed. So there is a trade off.

The reason why many quarter mile fans like higher ratios is that they can cover the 1/4 mile faster and maybe have a higher trap speed.

Those gears remind me of my RC Monster Truck and Car Gears.. hehe
