Yup, I just bought mine a month ago. I had the same problem. The funny thing is it works now. I will have to see if it happens again.

Try resetting the window control - run window all the way up and hold the button for 3 seconds or so, then run it all the way down.

That fix works great as I had to use it on my previous 5.7.
There have been many posts of members who have the “coming and going” auto up/down window. Quirky glitches can drive you nuts. Good luck

I have been having this problem on and off since I picked up my car2 months ago. Resetting the windows controls works a tret.....but it is still a bit of a pain in the butt.

I've only had mine for 3 weeks. It did it once a couple of weeks ago. I said what the ##@**!! is going on here and it hasn't done it again. Lol!

Seriously, it did do it once but since then, no problem. So, I didn't even mention it to the dealer when I had it in for a few other issues last week. I figured if it wasn't doing it at the time then why mention it.....if it ain't broke how they gonna fix it!

Yep, same problem here. It only affects the driver's side window on auto up. The auto up works sporatically for me. I had it at the dealer and got one of those "can't duplicate the customer's complaint" responses. They tried to order me a new switch anyway without any prodding from me, but Chrysler corporate shut them down. I can't quite figure that one out. I also have a problem with the seat not moving back automatically when I remove the key. The dealer said they fixed the problem, but it still doesn't move. EVIC has been set up correctly for this, so I think it's a problem with the computer. Remember, it's a CHRYSLER!

The seat not moving back might be to do with how far it is back already. Mine doesn't move back either but that is cause I have it a fair way back when I am driving. Check out the manual there is refernce to when it doesn't happen. I will have a look tonight and post the part I am talking about.
