Rev Limiter

I Have A Dumb Question And I Want To Know How To Change The Rev Limiter Because Once I Get Some Mods And Want To Revit Up You Know Poping It It Neutral And Slam The Gas Because Some Jerk Off In A Rice Rocket Rev's On You But On My Srt8 It Only Go's To Like 4400 Rpm That's So Low To Sound Intimidating I Think The Only Way Is A Power Programer But As I Have Read No One Has One For The Srt8 Please Help Thanks In Advance

they do that 4 a reason because the worst thing you can do to any engine is to rev it past 5-6000 rpm with out a load on it. back b4 rev limiters in the 60s i have seen guys put the tranny in nutral and rev it and float the valves. on the srt-4 the rev limitors are set at 6240 and its a life saver in 1st gear because it comes real quick because of the 1st gear oveall ratio of 12.88-1
