I put them in my 2001 Chevy Camaro Z-28 and replaced the fogs in my C with them. They seem to make a difference. Do a search and you'll probably find some pics I posted awhile back of the fogs installed.

They are a lot brighter than stock. The only deal is if you like the blue, purple, or white light tint that HID's have, the silverstars dont realy have them.. But again, much much brighter

I have 65w SS''s in my fogs. Bright and decent color - not a perfect match to the HID's but much whiter and brighter than the stock 42w standard fogs bulbs.

I put them in my hi-beams to test when I first got them. In that case they were not as white in appearance as I expected however. Brighter than stock but not especially whiter. I did not do this at night however, so I can't comment on the appearance and brightness from the driver's point of view.

along the same lines, has anyone tried & compared both the Silverstars against the Wagner "Trueview" bulbs? Sounds like they are about the same thing but the Silverstars are the ones everyone knows about by name. We sell the Trueviews where I work so I'd rather use those if they are just as good - - I would have to go to the competition to get the Silverstars

Before I purchased my HID kit, I had Nokya Artic white hi and low beams, not as bright as my HID lights, but almost as white. Though I haven't seen the Sylvania to compare, I highly recomend the Nokya Artic white bulbs.

BTW, even though you have a leased car, I would also recomend upgrading you interior lights to LEDs, not very expensive to do and the look is awsome.

Let me know if you want me to send you links to where I purchased my halogen replacement lamps or led lights.

Well, not LX specific, but still relevant, I've had Silverstars in both front turn and headlight bulbs on my SRT-4 for quite a while now. Put them in in fall of 03, at 12K, now, its fall of 06, car has 75K, and the bulbs are still doing fine.
