ECU Fault?

ECU then limp home mode.
Has anyone else had this fault? Dealer told me first time when it happened it was a minor glitch but could find no fault. Abs light came on again last week and ECU light. Vehicle went into limp home mode. switched car off then on again lights stayed on but car drove ok. then stone me bloody thing cut out again, had enough of dealers excuses as car only six months old, told them to come and get it. Then it transpires its a know fault and a recall job, bloody dealers just want your cash then show you the door!!!
Anyone else had this fault???
