Gaging Interest 300C Personlized Plaques

Some of you might know me from LXForums.com

Well I made some plaques and somebody wanted to know if I could also make them for this forum.

Below is the ones for LXForums, and also a mock-up of what I would do for this one.




The actual one would be as clear as the LXForums one.

If there is enough interest here, I will make them.

The cost will be $25.00 USD for the first and $20.00 USD for each additional one.

Shipping is included to Continental North America

Each plaque will have your personal name/nickname/username whatever you want. NO Maximum letters & spaces, print size is automatically reduced to fit.

They will have 3M tape on the back which is good for the inside of the car, can't guarantee the outside though.

The actual logo, I can not reproduce on the Lazer, as it needs to be black and white

Well my buddy is coming up tomorrow to see how I produce the LXForum Plaques.

So in setting up the machine today, I decided to make a little video of it.

Due to the fact that it takes over 5 minutes to lazer etch each piece, I sped up the video, so those aren't weird people you hear in the background.

Not for me either. I do appreciate you going to the trouble of creating this, it is just not my style to attach any stickers or anything similar to my ride.

No problem, I appreciate your honesty.

These were a big hit over at LXForums, and since we have a lot of 300C members there, I thought that you guys might be interested in them as well.

People wanted to display there membership on their rides, and I sold quite a few to all three platforms plus people who did not even own a LX vechile.

It is a matter of taste, and if people here are not interested, I just wont create them, but wanted to give them a chance to decide.

Netrac, if nothing else at least we got this back near the top. I imagine that some members would be very keen.

It is great that members like you use your creativity and offer your service and unique "inventions" to the rest of us.

It was one very huge effort last year when I first created them, took almost 4 - 5 months from the idea to the final product.

Had a lot of support and help from fellow members.

The laser you see in the video, we are trying to get rid of, so I figured I would make these again and maybe create one for here.

Kind of ironic using a $150K laser to make $25 plaques. Mind you we bought it to make much higher priced parts.

Hey Rambit, I actually ran this by HEMEE back in April when you guys were looking for 300C badges.

She did not have a problem with it, just copyright on the logo.

I believe that you were part of that thread.

If they do have a problem, I have no problem with them saying no.

This is something I did for LXForums as stated earlier, and is only a temp project, as I am not in the business of making these on a permanent basis.

Once I do this run, I probably will not be making anymore, especially if we sell our laser machine.
