DC financing incentives?

Anyone know how long it has taken DC to offer Interest Rate incentives for new cars in the past? Maybe someone who was watchin the PT release?
I'm wondering if it's even worth waiting until this winter something like that.

There is already a $1000 rebate on the vehicle if you use Chrysler financing.
If you have good credit, rate can be as low as 3.9%. I doubt there will be any additional incentives for 6 months to a year on the C. There will probably be multiple incentives on other models sooner due to lack of demand.
