FWIW, I placed my order for the 2008 a couple of weeks ago as my 05 just went off lease last Monday.

I got the 300C AWD, Dark Titanium Metallic, Dark Khaki/Lt. Graystone, loaded with every checkbox that could be checked on the Chrysler Web order app except for the engine block heater.

She will replace my 05 300C Magnesium Pearl which was also fully equipped except it was one of the initial build cars that didn't come with the TPS.

I went to the Chrysler web site and it still has the 2007 order page. Where did you go to order the 2008?

Ordered it from my dealership.

I know the owners and we've been checking the system to see when it would allow them to order the car. We put in my order about a week after the car appeared on their order systems.

The Web site has been a disappointment, nothing on it at all. I got a chance to see some pictures and marketing background materials that were sent to the dealership. Word descriptions came just before the system opened up orders for the 08s and pictures came about the same time they were first posted on this site, so it must have been a system-wide distribution to dealerships.

Not sure about the Aussie proposals but DCUK have indicated that the 2008 Euro facelift models will be announced at the end of this year with availability anticipated early 2008 in the UK.

Any chance the 300C might have intelligent key/completely keyless in the 2008? 2009s? It always gets a feature the Dodges don't have, so it'd be nice.

It's kinda silly to go that far, and not just get rid of the whole sticking the key in the dash thing altogether.

And no, the doors on the 300C are *STILL* going to be different. I assume. :P

.. AND WHEN DO WE GET THE CRD IN THE US?!

Chrysler will introduce "Keyless Go" starting in some of its 2009 models, the system will also have proximity sensors for the door locks (so when you approach the vehicle the doors will unlock without pressing any buttons). The 2009 Grand Cherokee and 2009 Commander Overland models will have the new Keyless Go, and I am almost positive that the 300C will as well.

Got word yesterday that my 2008 Ltd will not be built until after Sep 1st due to a hold on the new radios. Don't know if this delay applies to other models.
