What is the main differences between the Touring Vs. Limited models?
I was about to purchase the 07' Touring Signature Series with the two-tone interior, but there are options I want it doesn't come with ( dual climate control, etc )
I notice the limited has that, but obviously you cannot get the two tone leather seats.
I'm trying to weigh out options if I should just purchase the Signature Series ( I don't want the stock nav unit, so I'd sell it and flush mount either the alpine or panasonic unit there ) or if I should get the limited and sacrifice the seats.
So my question is, what are the main differences between the two? Motor the same? Options? Etc.

Main differences are EVIC, Dual climate control, auto headlights, steering wheel controls, power passenger seat, heated seat.
The Chrysler website offers a compare section so you can compare two different 300's side by side and see what their differences are. Of course you have to take everything you see on their sight with a grain of salt as they have errors.....still would give you an idea.
I did the side by side, was no help at all when it comes to what options are available for what and what comes on it already that the other does not have.
Which models come with EVIC and Autolamps and does that affect doing an HID setup?
If you can financially swing the Limited I would say go for that. I had a Touring and now a SRT8. The dual climate control, EVIC, and HIDs are really worth the upgrade. The two-tone leather seats you can get with high-quaity covers such as katz skins. You can't (easily or rea$onably) add EVIC or dual climate control.
