The first page of this thread says it's 6.5L for the 2009 SRT8. I assume that page has a typo, right?

An article in Autoweek a few months ago said a restyling and re-engineering is on tap for the Chrysler 300 in 2009. You can go to autoweek.com and search on 300C and find a couple articles, but they don't say much more than that. It will be interesting to see what body style changes they will make.

What i would like to know is when will we see this transmission in the LX cars.
.: GM, DaimlerChrysler, BMW Premiere Unprecedented Hybrid Technology - Hybrid Technology :. Auto Spectator. It is my understanding that it will be in the Durango for 2008.

As always, I greatly appreciate all of the information you provide us at this forum.

Does anyone know how much more (if any) the 6.4L engine weighs compared to the 6.1L? I'm assuming that it will get a more durable, and probably heavier transmission as well.

ResumeSpeed, do you know if this significant increase in power will come at a significant increase in price? The great thing about the current SRT8 is that I can actually afford one. Will the price still be under $50K?
