Wifi? Wouldn't it be cool if the radio could take a sim for EVDO internet service?! That'd be so awesome.

Is keyless go going to be an SRT only thing? That'd be.. terrible. Nissan offers it, I THINK it's even standard on their fricken Sentra.

So what do they mean by the wifi anyway? A portable access point on an EVDO modem, or a system where when you park your car in your driveway/garage it syncs with your computer?

either one would be hot . Very very hot. *drool* Imagine if it worked like an ipod!

Gahaha, The possibilities could be endless for that one actually

*parks car in garage, walks into house* *sits at computer* *car shows up in itunes and syncs*

*car shows up in list *clicks*

*has options to schedule an oil change and/or other stuff, recent issues if any, 1/4 mile and 0-60 records/times with maybe a database to compare against.. maybe something so that you could schedule out a trip and send the plans to the nav unit*...

That'd be SO HOT. SO VERY VERY HOT.

The 2 mode hybrid is a 4 SPEED transmission/ electric motor. It was developed with GM and is the same unit in the Durango/Aspen and GMC Ukcon/Chevy suburban. Any one asking for this in the 300 is giving up the mercedes 5-speed.Going back to a 4 speed to get better city mileage I would not like to much.

In the case of economy, I think the V6s should be dropped (at least the 3.5) and replaced with the 3.0 CRD.

Tranny? Where's that 7 speed DSG chrysler was supposed to have out by now?!

So, that large out of place roof antenna will only be 1 year (2008)? Also, I could not believe that rear roof antenna did not inclulde the Sirius radio antenna. I just saw a few 2008 models at the dealer with a Sirius antenna on the front of the roof above the front windshield. This makes it look like an afterthought!

thank goodness... that thing is hideous, and "toys" our classic rides up way too much... i hope the 09's look a lot cleaner and smaller like the old... i had no problem with reception on my 05 if that was the issue to go bigger...

okay, i'm confused from seeing a commercial tonight for the Chrysler 300 "LX." now, i noticed in the 2008 changes sticky thread that they changed the name of the base models to LX. but, for 2009 in this sticky thread, i see the return of the "base" model in the Chrysler 300 (LX) listing. is this correct?

ResumeSpeed or anyone who knows can you shed some light on the subject?

"LX" for 2009. I'm so used to typing "base" for the base model didn't catch that I missed the "LX".
