Between 400-450 installed from the dealer, if you purchase it and install it yourself expect to pay between 250-300 depending on where you look...some of the forum sponsers here carry it.

As for installing, Im having the dealer to mine simply because I cant find the time to install it myself but from what I have read on here its not to difficult do a search on uconnect you will find some post.

The mic goes up on the roof light unit, to the bottom left or closest to the driver. It apparently does not give very good reception if you decide to put it somewhere else. I put my controller on the center hump next to my right leg. It works good there and is out of sight and easy to get at.

You won't be disappointed, believe me? I am hard of hearing due to my military trade and with a normal phone I have a difficult time with trying to get out my hearing aid, or the aid whistles and also hitting the right button on the phone, with the u-connect I just hit the controller and I now can have a normal conversation. This factory unit was not available in Canada when I ordered my car and this was the best alternative.
