HID Question

My "C" did not come with HIDs. Are the projector housings the same for the HID vs. non HID from factory? If not can I use the stock projectors with an HID Kit?

What do I need beside the kit.... Ive read of people having a flicker problem or any of the other common problems

Your stock projectors use 9006 bulbs for the low beams meaning that you would need to purchase a 9006 HID conversion kit.

HIDs operate on 35w whereas halogens operate on 55w. The difference in draw throws a fault code and the lights start to flicker.

We reccomend using a resistor along with our wiring harness. This tricks the computer and the HIDs will not flicker.
