ok, so I just got off the phone with Heidi...

first of all, i have to say...world class honesty...

i ordered a powdercoat brilliant black shift knob...didn't hear anything for a couple days which was a non-issue considering i read the threads on here and know she has plenty going on besides business...and turns out she needed some more info from me, and i couldnt get back to her right away...so after i talk to her today, because of the very short delay and what happened, her words were "this one's on me, i dropped the ball, and this one's on me" (i told her she couldn't do that and she says "yes i can")i was shocked...so shocked in fact that i immediately transferred a lil bit of funds to my checking account and purchased a black anodized package for my a/c, radio, and headlights!

Heidi and Billet Technology...above and beyond to make us happy!

Glad to hear they got you taken care of. Customer service from them has always been top notch, better than anyone I've ever delt with.

will definitely get pics taken! im psyched about getting the color matched knob... and then its gonna be like christmas when i get the black chrome anodized pieces! can ya tell im doin the "black on black" hahaha

Ditto here also. Heidi is a class act. Just wish some other companies (not to mention any names YET) out there would be half as considerate as Heidi.
