Car Temp

I drove about 2 miles this morning and i notice the temp went up to the half way mark was not runnning the card hard is this normal or should i have it checked ?

213 - 225 is normal, unless you have a lower t-stat (i have a 180 so 180 - 203 is normal for me)

you have EVIC, press the compass button and hold, then press the music note and hold them together for 10 seconds, that will take you into the diagnostic display, use the up arrow to cycle thru the pages until you get to the one with the temp reading.

far better indicator than the idiot gauge on the dash.
