Ah ha!, it drove me nuts too for a few days!

I don't think I can actually explain it in words though. You gotta get into the menu of the Nav screen, choose settings, then clock, then somehow manipulate the GPS + hours until the amount of + hours gives you the time you want in the bottom righthand corner of the display.
Got all of that? I don't and I just wrote it!
So get out there and play with the joystick (what a misnomer!) and hit that enter button! When you fail, walk away and come back to play another day.
If all else fails I'm sure your local 5-star stealership will be happy to separate you from a few buck$ to do it for you. Just video the process so you can reverse it in November.

You set your time zone from UTC, probably. Pacific is -8, then there's -7, -6, and -5 for eastern.

If you dont scroll down to done on the bottom and hit enter.......it wont take . Get the time you want on the display and highlight '' Done '' then press enter and you are there . Good luck , Mike .

Thanks man. This helped me out too. I tried for like 5 mins and said screw it. But then I happened upon this thread. But in the end it makes perfect sense. To change the time you need to set it in the NAVIGATION menu.

There is an easier way just hold the time button for a few seconds and it takes you right to where you need to change the time zone and time...

Here is the Time button on my stock nav radio next to the Nav button. All I do is hold it down for a few seconds and it takes me right to the clock setup to change the time.
