I think it starts with an oil cooler, fan temp mod, & more aggressive suspension... correct me if I'm wrong boys..

As far as I know, at least here in the States, there isnt any such thing. The 300 doesnt have a police package like the Magnum and the charger.

i would not be suprised if it had a column shifter. i know its either the charger or the magnum has a column shift if its police spec.

many OEMs beef up the electrical system to accomodate computers and aux lighting. i know chrysler did that for the police spec cherokee.

Meister added the police package to his car. It cools the oil by running it thrru a intercooler thingy. I think it is cheap too,.

Has anyone else done this mod? It gets hot here in Tejas and the oil cooler should help a bit.

The "police package" does include an oil cooler, which will indeed bolt onto any 5.7/6.1 motor. But the "police package" for Mags and Chargers consists of a lot more than that.

Brakes (not as good as SRT, but better than Daytona)
Higher (or non-existant) speed limiter
Wiring passthrough grommet in firewall
Wiring for lights and switches
Column shifter
Lighting options like blackout mode
18 inch steel wheels, with optional alloy-look wheel covers
Available nonfunctional rear windows and interior door handles
Three mode ESP
Calibrated Speedometer (I frimly believe that this isnt to say that its more accurate, just that DCX went the extra mile to have the system certified as accurate enough.

But, please note, I really dont think you can get this package on the 300. Some items you could bolt on, like the oil cooler, most not.

There is no 300c police package, only charger and magnums. If you see a 300 outfitted for patrol, it was a custom job, which has and is being done.

I've seen quite a few unmarked 300s around here, but most of them are CIA, FBI, Secret Service, etc... so I'm sure they are all custom jobs.
