Everyone enjoy your time off and take a moment to remember/say thank you to those who paid the ultimate price for our freedom!

All gave some, Some gave ALL!

If you live close to a National Cemetary, go and observe the ceremony at least once in your lifetime. This Monday is as good a day as any...

Many have given their lives in the defense of freedom, and it is up to us that still enjoy those freedoms to thank them, and continue the dream of a free world for all that our citizens who died in the course of the Country's call were fighting to achieve.

At least take that day to try and drive safely, as its also the weekend that historically is the deadliest on our nation's roads.
Peace all.

I honor and give thanks to all who have fallen. I am forever indebted to them for the freedoms I enjoy today.

Special prayers go to the family and friends of 4 young men from my high school who gave and lost their lives while in Iraq. You are not forgotten and did not die in vain.

*Marine Lance Cpl. Anthony Butterfield: d. July 29, 2006

*Army Pfc. Rowan Walter: d. Feb. 23, 2007

From "In Flanders Fields"
We cherish too, the Poppy red
That grows on fields where valor led,
It seems to signal to the skies
That blood of heroes never dies.

Never forget those who gave their lives so that you may live free.

Tonight look back at all the freedoms you enjoyed throughout the course of the day, then raise a glass and thank the true Heros, the ones that never made it home.

Rest in Peace my Brothers and Sisters.
