Doors dont unlock when car turns off??

Why is it when i turn the car off the doors dont unlock? The driver side door unlocks when i pull the handle but all the others stay locked. Is there a setting i can change so they all open when i put the car in park or something? They lock automatically though when i start driving.

This can also be done on a 300 without the computer. Its in the manual.
