This is what I saw my neighbor doing the other day. Guess he did want anyone to know he was making Disney reservations....

'Hello? Yeah, I need a couple tickets to see Mickey Mouse. Can you hook me up?"

And you guys are old, and have houses.. right? You've never popped the NID open? GAHHAHAHHHAHAH!!!

Uh, there's phone jacks in the box that you can unplug (unplugging the inside line), and plug in a phone. Of course, sometimes the old ones just have screw-on terminals, and you'd strip your phone cord's wires and screw them on.

Anyway, those are test jacks generally, and if something's up with your line that's one way to check...


Of course, if he was HOLDING A LONG CONVO I'd think he was jacking someone's long distance o_O
