I hadn't noticed this before, but Chrysler has been steadily increasing their MSRP prices over the years, although the new 300C MSRP is less than a 1% increase.

The Base MSRP on my car in August 2004 was $32,870. The first MSRP in April 2004 was $32,370. Today the base MSRP is $35,100, or $2,730 higher, or 8.4%, in little over 3 years. Maybe this is close to the inflation rate?

I think the only options that are now included in the 2007 Base car is the smokers group ($30) and adjustable pedals ($175).

Thanks for posting the photos. Personally, I like the 2/tone effect in prior models better.

So when are 2008 cars going on sale?
From past years, I thought the new model years always started selling around July/August.

Yeah, I find it odd that we haven't seen any pictures of the 2008 model yet and it's almost end of August.

Production starts September 24th, I would think that order banks should be opening up any day now if they haven't already.

Late intro this year, not sure why. Production of the 2008 LX models starts next Monday 20th (SRT models 5 weeks later). They should start arriving on dealer lots in early-mid September.

The 2008 Grand Cherokee started production a month ago and still no official interior pictures. Chrysler is pretty lame in this department, been that way for years.

All I can say is "NOW they come out with a single color interior" DAMN IT!! I just hate the 2 color scheme they've had up until now, and that is in my 300c.

Thanks for the info ResumeSpeed. Chrysler is sure waiting until the last minute to publicly announce the 2008 changes.

Maybe they are waiting longer to announce and/or start production so as not to hurt the sales of 2007 cars. Maybe once the refreshed 2008 cars are announced then the dealers have to start discounting their 2007 cars.
