Dang women!

Fellas listen up! I may be odd, a freak, addicted ro whatever about my machine. Since purchased this thing has had nothing but Chevron Premium gas in it.

Wife asked to use the machine today to do some 'running around' as she called it. So I go ahead give her the verbal instruction book on what to do and what not to do. You know, don't get any dirt in the car. Watch where you walk. Watch for gum, puddles, oils, mud, dirt so you don't drag it in my car. Don't roll down the windows, open the sun roof or leave it unlocked. And by all means, DO NOT PUT CRAP GAS IN THE MACHINE!!

So I get my machine back today.

She ...

A) Parked under a tree (Thank god for Zaino and not for birds)
B) Rolled down all windows and opened the sunroof so a ton of dirst and crap is in it.
C) Some candy crap stuck to my floor mat.
D) Scuff marks from her shoes hitting the door jam trim.
E) Somehow a cereal box opened up in the trunk so I got fake fruit loops all over the place.
And above all after my blowing goats over all this she says to me in her sweet little voice ...

"Well at least I put gas in it." Planet Earth as we know could have stopped and I wouldn't have noticed at this point. So I had to ask. "Where did you go and what grade did you put in it?" Her reply, "Does it matter?" Mine ... "WTF!?" So she finishes with, "Its AM/PM gas, I put that regular unleaded gas in it." DIE! First off 'HONEY' do not ever refer to my machine as 'it'. Second, give me the KEYS! Time to reconsider my 24 year relationship with this .. this vile creature!

She is now banned from it.

LOL.. that sucks. My wife is almost the same way but she knows what gas i put in my car. I share because she actually buys stuff i want for my car, and she also has a nice car also so i dont mind driving it.

I have come to a conclusion though. Once the wife drives the car, be ready to do an extensive cleaning. i thought getting her a 2007 40k car would make her take care of it or would want her to keep the interior somewhat clean..YEA RIGHT!!! Didn't work. Right now her brand new car smells like onions because of the left over lunch burger that stayed in the car for a day and she never rolls down the windows. A/C ALL DAY!!! Can't mess her hair up..lol.. i still love her though.

i saw this coming, so i haven't let mine drive my baby. i've had the live-in girlfriend for 7yrs and my pimp-mobile for 28 months. by not letting her drive my baby keeps our relationship working. LOL in addition to you do's and don't list--don't let her wear too much perfume so you don't loose the new car smell too soon. HA.

hope you can get your donger out of the fuel filling hole. If necessary, use the exhaust pipe with a lot of lube. I dont think you will be near anything wet for a while. good luck.

If you don't have a tuner (flashpaq or predator) then the regular will be fine for one tankful. Manual says 89 is preferred but you can use 87 octane. If you DO have a tuner, either re-tune it for 87 octane or go to your local auto parts store and get some octane boost to pour in the tank. You'll be fine and "the machine" WILL survive!

With dual exhausts, how do you decide?
