Arrow **2008 300cforums.com Calendar Contest Official Judging Thread**
We now move on to Phase Two of the contest. This is where your image will be judged by our three impartial judges.

This year's judges are:

Hemi57 (John)
bruno (bruno)
ResumeSpeed (RS/Dieter/Dr SRT and a whole host of other personalities).

As of the time of contest closing we have 98 entries! I've lost track of how many countries are involved this year!!!

I am limited to posting 20 images per post, therefore the posts below this will contain 20 images each.

SUBMISSIONS
--All submissions are in the order they were posted in the contest thread.

--The ONLY information for each entry will be:
  • User Name
  • Year and Model of Car
  • Colour
  • Country Represented
  • Submitted Image
JUDGING PROCEDURE
--ALL entries will be judged as to their suitability to be used as images based on the Oversized Wall Calendar, 17" x 11".

--Each of the three judge will award points, ranging from 1 to 5 for every entry submitted. These points will be added together to arrive at a final score. The maximum points possible will be 15. These will be then grouped into all the 15's, 14's 13's...and so on.

--The TOP 13 images will then be declared winners and announced as such.

--In the event of tie scores AMONGST CONTENDERS, a quick 24 hour emergency poll will be posted and all members will have the opportunity to vote their choice.

--Of these 13 winning entries, ONE will be chosen to be used as the cover image. This will be a separate judging by our judges.

--I will notify each winner by PM and they will have 48 hours to send me a HI RES image to my e-mail address that will be given to them. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR MAIL BOX IS NOT FULL!

--In the event I don't receive an image, the next highest score will move up and take their place.

--IMPORTANT: If you are asked to provide an image, PLEASE RENAME YOUR IMAGE TO "USERNAME.JPG". For example "Rambit.jpg". This will prevent any mixups.

So are the points going to be displayed by each submission or is the judging a "behind the scenes" kinda thing?

I would like to see the total score for each pic(to see if my top picks are similar) but no big deal to me if only the winners are announced.

I'm loving this calendar contest.....chosen or not....really exciting!
