Exclamation $5,000 burnin a hole!................Spend my money for me.........HELP!!!

Hey guys i have some money($5000) burnin a huge hole in my pocket and i NEED some opinions on some of the mods i want and which ones i should start with and why............

I know i'll be in the 12's easy with my predator but i also want all around street and track performance too! The MOST power i can get without S/C($10,000), Turbo($10,000), Nitrous(cheating IMO), and 426($20,000)....i'll PASS

As of now my last run with AFE, fan mod, and toyo proxes i ran a 13.04.............that's PRE-predator/170 thermostat/phenolic spacers/high flow cats/cutoutswhich gave me 418.34rwhp/419.70rwtq which i know would estimate is a 12.7-8.......I also ran a 13.40 on my 24's which i estimate to be a 13.1-2.......and those estimates are conservative................i'm looking for a 12.3-12.6 at Famoso Raceway in Bakersfield next season.....

For now
YouTube - 06 SRT-8's DYNO TUNED by GS Motorsports!

Ok so heres what i have 90% had my mind on.....

PPP stage 2 heads & Race Warrior XL cam $2500
or
F.R.I Heads/Tomahawk cam- $2300

SLP longtube headers $1500 shipped - $700 from sold cats/cutouts= $800
Heads/cam/longtubes install $1200
Cutouts- $360 (You know i like it LOUD!)
comes to $4525- $800 - i HOPE to get from my Stock Srt rims
= TOTAL $3725

Basically i NEED longtubes with the heads/cam as the install for them is FREE in conjuction

OR

I can get some of the below mods(performance/other) in combination or separate. Mods listed in no particular order and REMEMBER these are the part prices NOT including INSTALL fees. Feel free to suggest other/different manufacturers and WHY...

JBA Catback- $600
PPP ported intake- $700
Sway bars- $400
Toyo Proxes 4 275/25/24's- $1200
Quaife- $1400
Halfshalts- $2500
2800? 3000? 3200? Stall Torque Converter- $700
PPP 90mm Throttle body/ Underdrive-HArmonic balancer pulley- $800
PPP Carbon Fiber CAI- $300?
KW V2- $1300
Drag radials + tires- $1000
(non performance) Install my JL 13W7 and highs/mids and 100.1 amp- $2500

HELP ME!!!

Tell me which mods u would go with based on my current mods(see sig) and WHY?

how's nitrous cheating? it's force induction like a turbo or s/c? horsepower is horsepower no matter which route you go.

Ahem....YoungMedic! My suggestion is that you first start with purchasing some 3CF Calendars from CafePress! You can always give them out for gifts at Famosa and keep one in your SRT to show off your Car of the Month.

Honeslty, I would purchase some light weight racing wheels and tires. Those 24"s probably keep you from some better times. Its nice to have daily driven wheels and race wheels. But hey, what do I know???? I run with nitrous.... LOL

Hey Eric, i'm just sayin man that for me to call out the people i'd like i can't always have the NoS available ya know. I need the constant power at all times. Eventually a 200 shot will run out even though it's fun as hell at the track. You know i still love you and your car

If you're going to make all that HP I'd start off with the halfshafts. Might as well keep things from braking before you go and brake something else from a halfshaft snapping. That should leave you enough to do the heads and cam. Maybe get the TC in too.
Just saw the Fontucky schedule for 08. They're drag racing Sat 1/5/08...

First, I'd like to say someone like you (upbeat and tons of fun) would just love the juice...and I mean love it.

But I do like the ideas you have so far with NA power. I'd go with the heads cam package from PPP (also headers) then I'd throw in drag radials for the track. That will get you your times you're looking for. I'd also save just a bit more and buy some heavy duty half shalfs for later. You'd have a perfectly set up ride.

Moose.
