Dealer drilled licence plate holder holes in bumper...

Ok so when i picked up my new 300c from the dealer, it had the black licence frame on the front. (the kind that the top clips into the factory grill.) The problem is that they also bolted the botom into the bumper. The holes in the bumper are low enough for the plate when I get my aftermarket grill but the holes are to far apart... Im afraid they may have ruined my bumper because i cant find any plate holders that will bolt into the holes that are wider apart and hold a plate that has the narrow holes. (i hope someone knows what im talking about)

Here is the plate i would like...

you can ask your dealer to fix the bumper first as they didn't have your permission to drill holes

Once you pick up the car, they are MUCH less likely to do this for you. If you make them do it before you take delivery, then it get done at no cost to you.

Almost all dealers in this area do it before their cars even hit the lots. Front plates are required in my state so i havent seen any sold without them on one way or another. They wont even inspect the car without a front plate.

I found a bracket adapter that works at an auto parts store for only $3. heres a pic...

And here is a body shot of my new baby. Sorry its so diry... The roads are horrible in the winter up here. I have hand washed it once a day every day since I got it. (except for one day that i didnt drive it.)

That takes the towing ring(?) supplied with the car. Should be near your spare wheel somewhere in a plastic bag. Page 119 in your owners manual.
Got to admit that I it took me about two months to notice the hole.

Cheers
