i remember a thread about Srt8's smokin the mustang GT's. But shouldnt the SRT be on the same level as the Mustang Cobra? so does anybody know the results?

It's been debated many times, on both ends you'll find people saying they won in a Mustang or a 300.

Bottom line is both races are a driver's race.

I had a tangle with one last week, it was not the new shap, poss a 98 on the highway, my car is putting out about 435 at the flywheel, and from 70 to whatever speed I smoked him badly! a std 300c should have him as well, only not so convincingly.

Stock:
300 SRT8 vs Mustang Cobra>>>> winner was SRT8 by about the same

All depends on the driver in my opinion. Esp with mustangs being 5spd.

Im sure others have seen different results.

mustangs smoking my 300c ouch.......
well ive got an AFE stage 2 and flowmaster exhaust with magnaflow hi-flow cats. looks like i should invest in a programer to better my chances

This was off the line. from 20mph im sure the 300 would win both convincingly.
