Great post! I've seen the screens on other posts, but didn't think mine did that! I just went to my car & "COOL"! My '07 has an '06 date on it. Will/can the dealer update it?

I just discovered when on the the digital speedometer screen, if you push the TRIP button (the long button in the instrument cluster) and switch to trip B, it will show your Top Speed. It updates the top speed only when you are looking at it though. This is on my 07' 300C.

I have been also wondering why digital speed display is not working on 2008.

I have never seen "ECONOMY" to display. All I see is FUEL MISER OFF and status under digital gauge flipping between PERFORMANCE AND FUEL SAVER. As you can see from the attached pictures the car is driven at about 70 mph and cruise control ON. I have never seen FUEL MISER ON. It is always FUEL MISER OFF. What does it mean?

I did not rush to dealer as it is my impression they know about this stuff even less than they know about mechanical components. The forum is a great resource.

Great post

Love the info. My 06 300C even had some additional info but the software version did not have the economy or time run (0-60) stuff....too bad.

EVIC programing: no luck from dealer

Hey all,

went to my dealer to see if they could "update" the CCN software (EVIC). Currently running version 4.11 which does not include the "economy" or "0-60 timer". They felt it could be done (for $85) but had to call Chrysler direct for the real answer.

Final answer: I would need to pay to replace the entire cluster.

Result...just not happening

So how do you use the 0 to 60 timer?
