check engine light?

this morning the check engine light popped on about 5 minutes after I went though a pretty big puddle. Its raining
like hell her in Albany NY Car seem fine, anyway to pull codes with the info system and can you clear the light

This should help obtaining codes: Car wouldn't move in gear anyone else have this problem?.

You can clear them with a tuner, or by pulling certain fuses. Fuse 11 seems to work for some codes; not sure about others. Many codes clear themselves after three starts without the original cause.
