Over 20,000 miles and finally they replaced it

So for over 20 thousand miles i have been complaining to the dealer about how my car has been shakeing when i hit a bump, the car would like change lanes by itself when i hit a bump or pothole. so finally i went to the dealer and told them how pist i was and that i wanted to talk to a dealer rep. as soon as i said dealer rep they were all oh give us one more chance to check it out and make things right. so i let them check it out and what do you know they needed to replace the steering rack, funny how i have took it to them at least 6 times and bitched about the front end.. all and all im just happy the front end is finally fixed. its amazing how great my car drives now. im just mad i let the dealer **** me around for this long

Which dealer? I assume the Livermore dealer?
I used to go to the Dublin dealer until they jerked me around on a couple of appointments/repairs. The Fremont dealer is a joke. I have been going to the Hayward dealer for about 2 years now and they are the best around this area.

well actually it has been both dealers the dublin and tracy, they both told me everything was fine.( and as a mechanic i knew and checked the play that i know its not ok) before the dublin dealer used to give me good service(when i had my 1999 diesel) but now they just bs me. but its amazing how they both took my car on multiple test drives and between the two of them couldnt figure out anything. i finally had to put it on the lift at my buddys place and wiggle the tires, then for another reference i took it to school( school being UTI, and my instructor also said that the front was bad(which i already knew)). i told the dealer that i took it to two places and one being UTI and now they find the front end messed up. its dissapointing you have to do all this for them to finally replace it. and now that i go to UTI i know why they cant figure it out since half of the idiots they employ comes from schools like mine, and half the kids i go to school with barely know how to change oil.
