Billet Tech Question

I just got some goodies from Billet Tech. The power mirror knob cover does not snap in place like all other parts do. Everything else have a fantastic snap tight feel to it, but this knob cover just spins around on the knob.

Have you had similar experiences? They make such wonderful products, I just wonder if this is a one-off dud I got.

I contacted Billet Tech and got an immediate response from Heidi. She is right away working on a solution. I am truly impressed with their level of customer service, and am confident that the action they suggested to resolve this will be satisfactory.
