Stealth auto HID's not lighting up????

Just got an 8000k hid kit in the mail from stealth auto for an 07 300c that did not have the factory hid's and it did not light up????? I set up the anti-flicker harness and everything and it still did not light up????? This is my second aftermarket hid kit that did not light up??? The first one was an O-NEX???? And bolth did not light up???? So what should I do????

Seems odd you have had 2 kits not light up

try flipping the connectors. usually the black wires line up with the black wires, but sometimes the manufacturer gets this wrong so try flipping to see if it works.

HID LIGHTS FROM HELL!!!! Ok so I finally got my hid's to light up the pos and neg were backwords, they light up when my 300c is turned off but when the second I start the car they shut off and do not light up???? and when I turn off the car they turn on???????????? WTF WTF WTF WTF!!!!!! This is an extra car for me I have an 09 Jag xf and I hooked the hid's up to the xf and they worked with the engine running??????? WTF!!!!!

Do you have the capacitors hooked up?

What about a relay kit?
