Well, the Hemi is gone , but the lake property is MINE BABY . Get this, my dealer whom I am pretty tight with let me put in on their showroom floor just like I did my 03 Ram Hemi when I wanted to sell it. It sold in 4 days. I put the car in the showroom this past Thursday and told Paul and Tony I wanted $33,750 and I didn't care what they sold it for. Just got a call from Paul, and they sold it for 35K +. I bought the property last week hoping this would happen. Like i said, I hated to sell her but my dream ski lake property is really more than I could ever ask for. THANK GOD!!!!!

So Mike, when are we all invited to your first lake front bar-b-que?

I'm glad that everything worked-out and that you received a fair price for your car. Like I told you the first time, I can never fault somebody for investing in property...something which truly appreciates and will certainly last a lifetime. The best to you and yours.

P.S. Make sure that your next ski boat has a HEMI.
