Whats the deal with Throttle body spacers, claims of more hp and more mpgs, anyone have info

nope, they don't seem to work on all cars. Especially ours!

i was goin to order one today but someone told me that it dont really do anything but give an extra sound. so maybe later on when theres nothing else i can do to my car for power adder...just to have it... i guess

my experience

well i know lots of people here dont care much about the spacer. i got it and installed in my car....it gives that sound that some thinks is annoying (my wife, lol) but others think is kind of cool...it almost sound a little like a turbo....but other than that i believed it helped my car maybe a little as muach as 1 or 2 more miles per gallon in gas....so is not much, but i just wanted,,,i only paid $45 in ebay so..i guess is up to you.....
