Is it just me? Why do people like engine covers? I like to see the motor when I open the hood. I have seen some beautiful customization jobs done on engine covers but they still just hide the precious naughty parts. I took mine off my 5.7 Hemi and pitched up in the storage area in my garage. The raw Hemi, with its ignition wires and plastic intake manifold looks better to me and nobody in their right mind would want to hide a 6.1.

I'm in the show scene so i have to have something that catches the eye, the options i have to for the engine bay is (1) paint the plastics which would require me to pay a mechanic to remove, pay for the new gaskets to re-install, and pay for the pieces to be painted or (2) get some kind of a cover made that i can paint and airbrush. Id much rather have a cover that i can paint and airbrush then spend money on option one.

the infinity cover that some use just doesnt do it for me, this cover that i'm trying to get made is going to come in fiberglass or in carbon fiber.

AS ABOVE ^^^

I am in the show scene hence i care more abot the look more than anything.

Btw BDJ300 - i tried the infi cover looks crappy. My friend too the badge off and got a trophy place to make something custom for him - still not very unique.

Let me know what prices your guy offers.
