Brian's CV 300 "Plastic Surgery" pictures

Hello Gang,

Just a quick note to update everyone...I just am getting in from the body shop/dealer after picking up my 300 after the repairs were done to the back end of the car. I have a few pictures of the car during several stages of the repair process. The car looks like it was never even hit. (Now just like Rambit's pictures, they are graphic in nature as well (LOL!) Seriously, the car looks pretty good. She looks just like she did when I brought her home from the dealer.

Enjoy the pics!

Sincerely yours,

Brian T. Carotenuto

Mike,

I'm very pleased with the work and the effort that the shop put into getting my 300 back into shape again and everything looking new. Hats Off to "Mike" the master technician that took the time and did an outstanding job on my baby! I highly recommend them for doing a great job!

Sincerely yours,

Brian T. Carotenuto

Lookin' good Brian. The back end doesn't look like it would take a hit very well without causing major damage.

It was also very nice of them to take the pictures for you! There are not alot of
places that will do that.

You can see from the pictures that this body shop did an excellent job of fixing and
painting the structural pieces of the rear bumper area! It looks just like it did when
it came from the factory! Even the paint is on nice and even on pieces that, once
the car is all together, no one will see!

That is also a reason I think some places won't take pictures of their work. They
don't want people to see if they skimped on the fixed parts or paint. This place
obviously knows what they are doing, and are proud of it too!

Brian, glad to see your car was fixed by people who actually, really care!

If I was you, after you get the car back, and you are happy with the work, write
a nice letter of appreciation to the owner, and mention all the names of the people
who worked on your car, and did such a good job for you.

Its a little gesture that often times makes a big impression on the owner and workers
to see that what they do is actually appreciated by a customer! All too often, all
these guys hear are complaints. Its nice to hear good things once in awhile.

I am sure they would all like that.

Jim

I would only take a vehicle in for repair at a shop that will let you inspect it at all stages. It looks like this shop is doing great work and you should be pleased with the final results.
